您可要求初迷股份有限公司刪除透過本公司 Meta 客服應用程式保存的 Facebook 或 Instagram 平台資料。
01 · 如何提出申請
- 寄送電子郵件至 [email protected]，主旨填寫「Meta 平台資料刪除申請」。
- 提供要刪除的 Facebook 或 Instagram 帳號名稱、個人檔案連結或其他足以定位紀錄的識別資訊。
- 提供大約的互動日期、使用的公司帳號（例如 @stellaria.one），以及希望刪除的資料範圍。
- 提供可供我們回覆處理結果的聯絡信箱。
02 · 請勿提供密碼
請勿在申請中提供 Facebook、Instagram 或其他服務的密碼、驗證碼、存取權杖、信用卡完整資訊或身分證件完整影本。我們不會以處理刪除申請為由要求上述資訊。
03 · 我們如何處理
收到申請後，我們會確認申請人身分、所涉帳號與資料範圍。若現有資料不足以安全識別紀錄，我們會使用申請信箱聯絡您補充必要資訊。
確認後，我們會刪除或去識別化本公司控制範圍內與該帳號相關的客服對話、留言處理紀錄、平台識別碼及相關附件，並回覆處理結果。備份中的副本會依既有備份輪替週期移除，期間不再用於一般業務處理。
如部分資料因適用法令、詐欺防制、資安事件、爭議處理或其他合法義務必須保留，我們會限制用途與存取，並在適當情況下說明無法立即刪除的理由。
04 · Meta 平台上的資料
本頁處理的是本公司應用程式與客服系統保存的資料。刪除本公司保存的副本，不會自動刪除已存在於 Facebook 或 Instagram 平台、您的帳號、其他收件者裝置或 Meta 備份中的內容。
若要管理或刪除由 Meta 控制的資料，請使用 Facebook 或 Instagram 帳號中的隱私與資料管理工具，或依 Meta 的隱私政策向 Meta 提出申請。

DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
To request deletion of Facebook or Instagram data stored by the Choose Me Co., Ltd. customer-support application, email [email protected] with the subject “Meta Platform Data Deletion Request.”
Include your Facebook or Instagram username or profile link, the approximate date and company account involved (for example, @stellaria.one), the records you want deleted, and an email address where we can respond. Do not send passwords, verification codes, access tokens, complete payment-card details, or full identity-document copies.
After identity and scope verification, we will delete or de-identify applicable support conversations, comment-handling records, platform identifiers, and attachments under our control, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and dispute-retention obligations. This request does not delete data controlled independently by Meta; use Facebook or Instagram privacy tools for those records.
